Premiere Small Batch Brewer from Berthoud CO. We were fortunate enough to create soaps from two of their flag ship brews.
In a state famed for its microbreweries and long-standing brewing tradition, how does one standout? What really separates Berthoud’s City Star Brewing is a sense of community. City Star is located in the 100-year-old City Star barn livery stable in Berthoud. Much of their branding imagery is based on Berthoud’s history as the “old west” and the free spirit of Colorado’s earlier days. Product names like Bandit Brown, Outlaw, Deadwood, and Cowboy’s Golden Lager tie the theme together. If you close your eyes while taking a sip, you can almost imagine whetting your whistle at the livery all those years ago. Whitney says that they have a strong passion for upholding the Colorado lifestyle.
Each variety is made with real beer and scented to represent each each soap.
Cowboy's Golden - Subtle citrus and crisp fruit scent this soap
Nigh Watchman - A gentle soap reminiscent of chocolate, toasted nuts ad malt, a clean scent that brings well being.
